Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recomand. The place was reasonably clean with a very very helpful and welcoming staff. The accommodation had a central location close to seafront. The room was good sized and well-equipped with lovely bathroom and WiFi and coffee. The breakfast had plenty of options and included toast and cereal.

The staff at this hotel are really attentive and friendly. They make you feel welcome and are always there to assist you with any queries or requests. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Although they may be a little stuffy at night, opening the window helps. The attention to detail, such as providing bathroom condiments and clean linen, is impressive. The breakfast at this hotel is superb. The full English was cooked to perfection, and the host even asked for our breakfast preferences the day before. The chef is amazing, and the food served is delicious.

Just came back from a city break where we stayed in this hotel. We couldn't beat the location, just a stone's throw away from all the main attractions. The room was immaculate and looked like it had been renovated recently. , breakfast was fantastic and definitely set us up for the day. There were high chairs for the little ones and ample tea and coffee options.

Our stay was ruined by the poor customer service we experienced. There was no one available to help us when we had questions or issues, and we couldn't find anyone to reach out to easily.
